What does it mean to commit to therapy with me?

  • Online sessions via a secure telehealth platform for your convenience. Many of my clients are moms juggling little ones at home or scheduling sessions during their lunch breaks at work. Telehealth is just as effective as seeing a therapist in-person. Find out more about general FAQs here

  • Specialized training in perinatal and reproductive mental health. The use of specialized EMDR Therapy.

  • Coordination with other wellness providers to support your healing journey.

  • Knowing that I keep my caseload small so that I can practice what I preach. I value the quality of my work and limit my weekly sessions so that I have plenty of time to engage in consultation and further training to advance my clinical skills, self-care to ensure I show up fully for each client, and time with my family that keeps me grounded.
